During the pandemic, Nestlé Health Science presented a pioneering challenge in Brazil: to launch the Nutrition Ambassadors Program. This innovative program offered a new opportunity for people to generate additional income without leaving home just from their mobile devices. Participants were tasked with referring products from Nestlé's renowned enteral nutrition range to potential buyers, thus contributing to a unique approach to social selling amid the challenges posed by the pandemic scenario.
Solution
MASTER CIDADANIA - CMLO&CO was the agency chosen by Nestlé for this project. We had to immerse ourselves in the multinational's culture and values, which allowed us to fully understand the strategic project designed by the marketing department. We played the role of Nestlé's operational and creative arm, being responsible for creating a new brand for the project and developing a comprehensive visual identity, applicable to all the materials that the strategy required.
Results
The results were incredible! We developed and approved a new brand for the program in just 7 days. With a dedicated team, we developed 241 social media posts, 6 website pages, 15 email marketing pieces and 81 relationship marketing emails. It was a great challenge for CMLO&COBut it also established the agency as one of the best in creative and operational agility in the market, being able to serve the largest food company in the world.
