Labyes, one of the largest pharmaceutical laboratories for animals in Latin America, sought out the CMLO&CO with the aim of increasing brand awareness in Brazil, which was already recognized in countries such as Mexico and Argentina. The main challenge was to increase the brand's following and build relationships with pet owners and veterinarians, both of whom are the brand's main target audiences. Promoting integrated communication between Latin American countries.
Solution
We developed all the strategic planning for the social networks with a focus on producing content that added value to the public and that respected the specific characteristics of each network. We produced content with the objectives of increasing organic and paid engagement, attracting new followers, creating relationships and conveying the brand's values in communication. We implemented paid media strategies by conducting AB tests with more than 20 creatives a month to generate insights and data for decision-making and acquiring followers.
Results
At the start of our partnership, Labyes' Instagram account had a modest 8,000 followers. Today, with our continuous and strategic work, we have reached 56,000 followers. Our efforts have resulted in a significant impact, with more than 22 million people reached and more than 319,000 clicks generated. The trust in our expertise has been rewarded with two contract renewals, and Labyes is a valued partner of CMLO&CO since 2021.
