The OGFI, a benchmark in financial governance in the country, chose the CMLO&CO to conduct a comprehensive digital transformation in the construction industry. The company needed to audit the building projects taking place in Brazil and report their status to the big banks. The problem: no one could read giant Excel reports and, as a result, they were unable to make a decision on whether or not to invest more in the projects controlled by the company. OGFI.

Solution

The CMLO&CO developed a complete digital transformation strategy, immersing itself with the client and designing more than 1,000 flows to build a new application and online platform so that banks had more control over the entire process. We focused on creating intuitive and functional interfaces and, using UX (User Experience) methodology, we ensured that the product was much more attractive and that it was actually used by the bank's customers. Results

The partnership between OGFI and CMLO&CO resulted in an impactful digital transformation in the market. With the app, countless construction projects were closely monitored, directly impacting on the faster delivery of keys to thousands of families who had bought their own property. This case was recognized at the Brasil Design Award, where we were winners in the "Financial Services Design" category in 2019.
